What these terms cover
The website, not the work.
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for any work we do. If you engage Godwit AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, a proposal, statement of work or contract that we both sign, and where that agreement says something different from this page, the signed agreement wins.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, timelines and scope shown here describe how we usually work; what you are actually buying is whatever the signed document says.
What is on this site
Description, not advice.
The articles, checklists and technical material here describe how we approach problems. They are not advice for your estate, and we have not seen your estate. Do not change a live system because a page here suggested it. The same change is right in one environment and an outage in another.
Figures shown as illustrative are illustrative. Where a page carries indicative rupee amounts or percentages, they describe the shape of a typical result, not a quotation or a promise of a saving.
Any tool offered here is provided as-is. Its output is a starting point for a conversation, not an audit opinion, and you remain responsible for checking anything before you act on it. Where we link out, we are pointing at something we found useful on the day we wrote it; we do not control those pages and are not responsible for what they say later.
Ownership
Ours, yours, and other people’s.
The text, artwork, diagrams and code of this site belong to Godwit AI Labs Pvt. Ltd.. You may read, print and share pages, and quote from them with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts as your own material, or use them to train a model for resale.
Anything you send us stays yours. During an engagement, the work we produce for you, and the credentials, documentation and tooling it runs on, lives in your accounts. That is deliberate: leaving us should be boring.
Trade marks and product names belonging to other companies are theirs, and are used here only to describe what a thing is.
Availability and liability
What we will and will not stand behind.
We try to keep this site up and correct, and we make no promise that it will be either at any given moment. It may be unavailable, and a page may be out of date between the day something changes and the day we rewrite it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, or from anything you did because you read it. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not touch our obligations under a signed engagement, which are set out in that agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
